L&T-MHI Power Turbine Generators Private Limited (formerly known as L&T-MHPS Turbine Generators) is a Joint Venture Company formed in 2007 in India between Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), India, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd., Japan (MHI) and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO), headquartered in Tokyo, Japan for manufacture of super-critical Turbines & Generators.

Based on the Technology Licensing and Technical Assistance Agreement the Company has established facility for manufacturing of Super-critical & Ultra Super-critical , at Hazira, near Surat in the state of Gujarat with the technological support from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.
