Located on the banks of the Tapti river (300 km north of Mumbai and 21 km off Surat), Hazira (Surat) is India’s largest industrial hub – a bustling home to several industry majors. The fast-growing town enjoys excellent surface connectivity through NH-6 and NH-8, and has a multi-cargo port. A new coastal highway connecting Hazira (Surat) with Navsari and a project to expand NH-6 from four to six lanes is under way.
